Holland Phillips
Holland typically plays all the instruments he records with, including guitars (bass, acoustic and electric), flute, Pianos and keyboards. He also occasionally brings talented guest musician friends in to help him out, such as Paul Christensen - sax player for the Michael Stanley Band. Most of his time lately is spent in the studio, working on new material. His Live History
Holland played in multiple popular bands, from southern Rock to Classic Rock and even Show Bands, where he sang vocals, and played keyboards and rhythm guitar. He played in venues like The Agoras in Cleveland and Akron Ohio,Kent State, Filthy McNasty's, Jeff and Flash's Monopolies (for those of you that remember), much of the Midwest and Canada.
His sound
The studio is Holland's favorite place to be. This is a shot of him at Lava Recording Studio, previously the site of Beachwood Recording Studios, a facility popular in Cleveland in the 80's and 90's, where he also recorded a great deal of his music.
